My background is in the health insurance industry, but the companies that I served as CMO, COO and CEO also packaged life, disability, dental and vision products, so I have some insight on those segments as well. Within health insurance, I have a very strong knowledge of internal decision processes and who is likely to be the decision maker for different types of products and services. I also have a sense of what health insurers are willing to pay for and what pricing approaches typically work. Some of this also translates to the other lines I mentioned.
