As a background - In my journey over 2.5 decades, I have held senior leadership positions in banking, insurance analytics while co -founding ventures across diverse industries. My stint with EXL began in Sep 2016 through the IQR acquisition, a venture I co founded. As SVP, AI and Analytics, I play a pivotal role in spearheading acquisitions of new clients, fostering new capabilities, fortifying EXL brand and overseeing growth. IN my latest venture as President, Data and AI at Prowess, I am responsible for a range of activities from client acquisition to client success and investor relations. As a thought leader, advisor and seasoned conference speaker, I have earned the industry recognition. I am also engaged in mentoring endeavors having contributed to GIA and collaborating with India Insurtech Association as a Exec Committee member.
