I have a collaborative way of mentoring and have a willingness to learn from the startups while sharing my knowledge and expertise. In general, I like to approach problems in a structured/analytical way and will try to push the startup teams to think that way. As early-stage startups normally tend to have a lot to do at the same time, I believe this approach will help them stop for a moment and think their journey from a big picture perspective. Other than this, I am happy to utilize my network, reach out to new people and create new connections based on the needs that a startup has.
