With 20+ years of executive leadership, I’ve worked with startups, small businesses and the Fortune 100 and understand the day-to-day demands organizational leaders face because I was one. Prior to establishing my firm, I was a C-Suite leader at a global insurance organization charged with corporate growth, developing people and building teams. In addition to serving as the Executive Director of PIMA (a national industry trade association), I am on the Board of the Global Insurance Accelerator and advise for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Initiative.
