I've worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years, primarily in Group Insurance. For 6 years, I worked on our strategy team, working with our senior leadership on understanding trends in the market and how we could capitalize on those, setting priorities and monitoring our results, working closely with finance to quantify the impacts of our strategic initiatives, and telling the "story" of our strategy. For the last 2 years, I have been the Product Manager of our Salesforce initiatives, which have primarily focused on customer support (engagement center and email teams), operations, and onboarding. I partner closely with our business leaders and IT teams to deliver valuable products to our internal and external customers.
