I'm excited at the chance to help the GIA cohort companies in key areas as they evolve their businesses and ideas. I'm experienced in marketing (especially B2B) as well as customer experience. I helped to establish our Cx and Voice of Customer program at Sammons Financial Group and have played key roles in various transformation efforts within the life insurance space, including managing our partnership with a now-established direct to customer insuretech. Would love to bring this "carrier" expertise and perspective to help any of the GIA organizations understand how to best attract and partner with carriers. I also love problem solving and strategizing - especially around solving customer problems and pain points. In addition, I'm very passionate and experienced in leadership, building strong teams and developing/shaping company culture after spending 16 years in the life insurance space. I was impressed with the cohort companies and business concepts. These impressive ideas are the future of the insurance industry and happy to contribute where I can.
