In addition to life insurance and annuities business, I am a GP and LP in real estate single family and multi-family properties. Me and my business partner purchase investment properties to primarily buy, renovate, and resale. Skills I use are managing renovation projects, raising capital, evaluating return on investments, etc. I am a mentor for a financial advisor for 7 years. The mentorship has been around holding him accountable with his company’s results and goals. It has been rewarding to see his company grow over the years. Finally, I have good relationship capital. I have made connections for previous GIA startup founders. Also, Safari (2022 cohort) is a vendor at Penn Mutual.
